2. LEGAL BASES AND PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING "Personal Data" means any personal data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. In application of European and French legislation on the protection of Personal Data (European Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of personal data, known as "GDPR", and the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978), OMNES VIAE processes Users' Personal Data only for the purposes and under the legal bases defined below. 2.1. Processing for online ordering and reservation purposes By Browse the Websites, the User can access online ordering services (click & collect or delivery), provided by the service providers of the OMNES VIAE Group (SHOPIFY). In order to process the User's order, OMNES VIAE receives and processes the Personal Data collected by the relevant service provider. The processing of this Personal Data by OMNES VIAE is necessary for the processing and management of online orders (legal basis: Art. 6.1.b of the GDPR – performance of a contract with the data subject). 2.2. Processing for the purpose of sending the newsletter The User has the option to subscribe to the "OMNES VIAE" brand newsletter on the Websites. With their consent, OMNES VIAE collects and processes the following Personal Data concerning them:
- last name, first name;
- employer's identity (if necessary);
- email address. The processing of this Personal Data allows OMNES VIAE, with the User's consent, to send them newsletters (legal basis: Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR – consent of the data subject). The User may withdraw their consent at any time for this processing. However, any processing carried out before this withdrawal will remain lawful.
3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA The Personal Data processed by OMNES VIAE
- order management. In application of European and French legislation on the protection of personal data (European Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of personal data, known as "GDPR", and the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978), the subsidiaries of OMNES VIAE process Users' Personal Data only for the purposes and under the legal bases defined above. 3.3 Third-party suppliers and service providers OMNES VIAE shares Users' Personal Data with its IT service providers, who act as data processors within the meaning of the GDPR. These processors handle Users' Personal Data on behalf of OMNES VIAE and for the sole purposes defined in Article 2 above. 3.4 Administrative and judicial authorities (if necessary) Only in cases where this communication is required by a legal obligation, OMNES VIAE communicates

4. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA OMNES VIAE retains Users' Personal Data for the period required to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The criteria used to determine the retention period include:

- whether there is a legal or commercial obligation to which OMNES VIAE is subject;
