The History: The Family Jewel, since 1950
The history of Pace & Sgura Extra Virgin Olive Oil is rooted in Montalbano di Fasano, a corner of Puglia dedicated to olive oil production. Here, driven by a common vision and love for their land, Giovanni Pace and his son-in-law Francesco Sgura decided to create their first, historic oil mill. This union marked the beginning of an entrepreneurial journey dedicated to excellence in the production of extra virgin olive oil. From that first pressing in the heart of the plain of millenary olive trees, from generation to generation, the family has passed on the passion for the authentic flavor of Pugliese oil, laying the foundations for a renowned tradition.
